Most likely because overpow did carry them multiple times, and veggie did admit that the attitude issue did improve a couple of times. No idea why they are building a team around overpow afterwards though considering that negative attitude.
They aren't probably the only team that has this issue. I recall Velocity from NA LCS had similar issues, but never got rid of the player causing the negative environment. I assume Team Marn had similar issues as well considering the type of blowout that happened after they fell apart.

I believe he addressed it in the post itself. Something about Overpow bringing it up first, so he is telling his own side of the story to clear things up.

Maybe overpow is one of the people that have extreme negative effects on their near environment but they manage to manipulate the bosses to stay or even climb the career ladder. Might be the case here.
