Yes, but you can very easily apply frost stacks, since frost lasts 4 seconds and even W lasts 4 seconds. The problem with W is that a lot of the damage is in the autoattack component, and Sejuani is melee. The lower cooldown on W is nice but it is still contingent on you being able to stick with your target. | ||

On junglers you max the ability that lets you clear faster.In ganks you just do one rotation so it doesn't matter.Pls | ||
