However this time, I clicked on the vod link and got directed directly to the leaguepedia wiki, with the results the first thing you see. And the vods aren't even linked... I don't think that's how it supposed to work, uh?

If the teams aren't actively setting their sights on koreans then it's all for naught. That said I won't be surprised to see korea take 1st and 2nd because I'm not really blown away by any other region at the moment.

Overnight got me to thinking about how comfort picks (Hai's Zed vs. the rest of his pool) battle out meta/composition picks (for the last time pick Trist!!!!). It is always interesting to see how much folks have to battle picking one over the other. One big example was in that game 5 where Bjerg had to pick Ori which was much better for the team over his Xerath that was wrecking face nearly every time he picked him.

Personally, I don't think the Yasuo aggregated-stats tell as much as the Yasuo per-Game Stats. Game 2 Yasuo - 1-9-7. Hai fed like crazy. Game 5 Yasuo - 3-4-4. Hai did okay! The biggest problem with Game 2 was that Bjergsen's Syndra constantly stunned Hai because he wind-walled improperly, and that Hai couldn't get off an ult because there wasn't a Maokai/Alistar on the team. The biggest problem with C9 this series was that they constantly screwed over Balls, one of their most consistent players, by funneling CS away from him. Like, wtf? Balls is a great player, and Maokai can become unkillable with more farm. He needs it too since he'll be diving in for initiations. The early levels simply set him too far behind with the duo-lane, and he had no farm afterwards either since side-lane farms were often given to Hai/Sneaky instead. >_>

That was pretty strange to see him so quiet this series. I almost forgot he was on the team in a ways.

C9 ran the ADC Solotop strat almost everygame which gave Sneaky a lvl advantage but also meant that when Balls finally met Dyrus in lane he was most of the time 2 levels behind + playing a losing matchup like Mao vs Lulu.

I usually change this to the lolesports website vods section(which should be spoiler-free). My EU thread has the proper vods site linked. I sincerely apologize for the mistake. This is what I use normally for that section.
