What I don't get about the play, is if you are not confident in your ability to win, why not go for invades. Maybe even pick Blitzcrank.

felt like royal tilted hard because they have extremely limited pressure situation experience.

~Bengi's Jarvan was more scary then Vi because of the synergy with Jax, and the AD carry. So you had to ban Jax instead of Vi. (Faker being prioritized too much, In second and third game it was really Bengi, Piglet and Impact carrying the game.)
~Mobility and Vision Jungler comps are perfect for the jungler position. Because he runs around everywhere to ward, and in ganks you can chase down the opposition and be where you need to fast. -Plus if he gets seen by enemy wards then your gank shuts down immediately, so it's always smart to go around with the all seeing eye.
~RC didn't have as much variability in how they play. To really beat a team like SKT. They need to have multiple plans and strategies.
~ I feel like RC is one of those teams that are good when all of them get together, and play like a squadron. Yet they aren't good at deciding where to BE AT. They were always too far apart from their team-mates when ganks happened. This is because if you getting owned by a split push you need to go defend as well. But SKT controlled their jungle and they didn't have that much coordination going through the fog of war. If you ban Jax, then they can just choose any top laner that synergises with Vi.
Adding on to this, if you ban jax in place of vi, you're forced into still needing to take shen or vi away from SKT. Shen+vi is one of the combos that they can't let through since it guarantees that uzi dies and without uzi's teamfight skill, it's rather difficult for royal to win teamfights.

One of the biggest things I saw was just that Royal showed too much respect for SKT, which kept them from going for bigger plays. There was a point in game 2 where Kassadin (who got 5 kills) and Zed were just staring at eachother in bot lane for like 5 minutes but neither wanted to go in on the other. When Whitezz finally decided to go in on Faker later on, he chunked him pretty hard and forced him to recall. If he had done that earlier they could have used the 5v4 advantage to do something, especially since he had teleport. It seemed like overall Royal was more hesitant than usual which SKT really took advantage of.
