Ah that's true. I guess they could just beat CLG then and then try scrape a win somewhere else

going back to VES v c9 earlier i was super proud of how well we played the early game. i personally don't believe that picks were a problem. these guys had a comp in mind, understood the enemy comp, and were playing to their own strengths for about... 13 minutes or so. and then they just had a huge derp and made a terrible call to do dragon. unfortunately in their comp, getting behind spells death, at least until varus had time to get very far ahead of ashe. i'm still super pumped that we were able to control the early game against the most smotheringly strong laners in NA. hoping to keep up our strong play from the last 3 games and finish 2-1 this week. playoff hopes are still alive as long as no one in the middle of the pack decides to stay consistent and pull ahead. just need someone to start dropping now (coast/dig/curse i'm looking at you x) )

Because CLG don't do it intelligently. They rely on splitpushing ALONE to win games. Korean teams/Fnatic, and to an extent GG do it more intelligently, and use it as a means to force opponents to do what THEY want them to do. The second CLG can't splitpush, or it's not working as intended, they just don't know what to do. This makes CLG stale and boring.
Doublelift might have some right to be proud about how good he is, but he flames everyone everywhere, and him+his team (it's a teamgame) aren't even top20 in the world, let alone top5 in the US, so really his arrogance is just misplaced.

lol wtf voy: "twitch was able to do a number on vayne and come out ahead", did he not watch bot lane for the first 20 mins l0l

Does Voyboy really think that they put a lot of pressure on bot lane?

I agree, I count at least 2 times that they could have had mid towers down a lot earlier than when they finally pushed them.

Voyboy, that was far from a flawless game. That sort of thinking is what got you in the bottom 2 to begin with.

It's no fucking secret NA doesn't execute as well as Korean teams; but that doesn't make their strategy stupid. It was just poorly executed.

He's probably referring to the Jarvan gank that got Vayne killed and evened up the lane. Wouldn't have been possible with a 1v2.

i'm under the impression that vulcun as a team have a BIZARRE sleep schedule stemming from watching late-night asian league games as a team and scrimming during the day. i think that all of them are perpetually running on half a tank (which actually makes their performances more impressive imo).
