I've heard that too but I don't really agree, he clears the jungle extremely fast and a simple bandage toss can at the very least put a lot of pressure on a lane, that 2 second stun (or w/e it is) is really strong.

Stream dies again. But yes, GP died to Blue Buff Dan Dihn style. He tried harassing top too much and got hit a few times so when he went for his blue while still lvl 1 with no leash and Red Buff he died.
Noc ganks mid! Flash Fear, stream dies!

I stand by that if Ocelot had played brand or annie or whatever last game, they would be up 1 game to 0.
For those who are having issues with the Stream can you tell me whats up? I'm not getting any drops at all.
