WW is not someone i would buy for jungling (or at all), because he kind of sucks at it. He is completely nonthreatening before 6, which is not a good spot to be in the way the game is currently played.

Nasus is apparently pretty much top tier in pro games at the moment, and definitively someone you should get.

Mundo works, but he needs a bit of money to become an unkillable asshole, which he sometimes has problems getting. Jax is similar, he likes money a lot, but can still work out of the jungle.

Depending on if he is banned at the elo you currently play at, you might want to take a look at Amumu. He is also cheap.

Fun junglers missing from your list are J4 and Volibear, those you might think about, but they are expensive too.

But for your current need of a cheap jungler, i'd say get a few out of Nasus, Mundo, Jax, Cho.

Ah yea, I probably misspoke when I said high damage, more of a aggressive jungler like when I play something like malphite I seem to just be more of a punching bag which is fairly boring. I completely forgot about J4, I will have to pick up Nasus and Mundo and give them a shot while I farm.

Is Kha viable?

There also like Rammus, Mao, and Nautilus and Vi.

I not sure what you mean by aggressive. You mean like all the ganks, or like zoning in teamfights?

If i had to guess, he is looking for champs that can kill other people, not those that help others kill dudes.

Regarding Kha's viability, i don't know about that, i don't play him, and i see him top or mid a lot more often then in the jungle. But unless you are a pro he should definitively work without problems, since he brings a lot of those things to the table that scale with the opponent making mistakes.

I get what you mean, Here is my list of junglers who can get it done solo if needed and kill shit. The starred ones you can really go aggro on.

Darius
Diana*
Mundo
Elise*
Hecarim
Jarvan*
Jax (got a bit of a slower start but can totally carry)
Kha*
Lee*
Noct
Shyv
Vi*
Voli
Xin*
Zed*

Those are all eminently viable up to tourney level so dont worry about that. If you want to play a less supporty jungle just build a bit more damage than is normally recommended, works great in soloque for me. Especially if you are just better with assasin style gameplay. Like I play lee with dblades and bruta alot and ruin kids, if it works then do it.

In Hungry Hungry Hippos there are no such constraints—one can constantly attempt to collect marbles with one’s hippo, limited only by one’s hippo-levering capabilities.

Hi everyone

As for ArPen, what triggers it? Surely auto attacks do? But what about skills like Zed's shuriken? Draven's spinning axe?

Basically what triggers ArPen?

all physical damage:

autos
anything that says physical damage in the wiki
any skill that deals physical damage

both the skills you mentioned deal physical damage, therefore they would be reduced by armor, therefor armor penetration would help them penetrate it, it boosts them.

ingame any skill that scales just with AD (orange number next to skill) deals physical, if a kill scales with AD and AP (orange and green number) it could deal either and you have to look it up.

Thanks sob3k.

Regarding Zed, his living shadow says "If any ability strikes a target twice, it will restore energy"

Lets say shuriken for an example. Am I right in saying, it can be 1 shuriken from Zed, 1 from his shadow, if they both hit the same enemy, it will restore energy?

Pretty sure that's how it works, but not 100% sure

The last sentence is wrong, though it's correct most of the time. Shyvana's burnout and warwick's infinite duress both scale only from AD but deal magic damage. I think all skill description in game says what kind of damage you'll do.

Confirmed. 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 energy restored, based on rank of Living Shadow.

shurikens or shadow slashes proc it

Thanks again sob3k!

Also I just learned that with living shadow, if I do shuriken to an enemy and my shadow hits the same target, he will only do 50%. What if I use my ult, so there are 3 zeds, if all 3 shurikens hit the same enemy will it be 200%? Or 175%?

Also, how important is CDR on Zed? I assume it would be quite crucial?

200%. You can read about most of these questions if you go to the wiki and go to the ability details tab.

Well, if you go over to Probuilds you can look at what all the top players have built on him in the last few weeks and draw you own conclusions

I have been researching about his shurikens...and found out that his total dmg from shuriken is actually 175%

na.leagueoflegends.com/champions/238/zed_the_master_of_shadows

It says "Additional shurikens that hit the same enemy deal 50% less damage than the previous shuriken."

So that means 175% is max, and yes, many sources say that also. I originally thought it was 200% though. But still 175% is huge damage.

I would trust the wiki over anything on riot but go test it ingame if you want the real answer. It really doesnt have any effect on your play so people don't really bother a lot of the time

A question about unique passive, WITH a name.

In this case, tenacity. Just want to confirm guys, obviously passives with the SAME name dont stack. So mercury treads' tenacity and zephyr wont stack, they will only give 35% right?

Yes. However, Tenacity stacks multiplicatively with the talent that reduces CC duration, and the diverse tenacity effects some champions like mundo and irelia have.

I meant to say that this mastery and stuff like Mundo's W or Irelia's passive stack multiplicatively with Tenacity from Zephyr or Merc Threads. However, having multiple items with Tenacity does nothing at all since the Tenacity on those items is unique passive.

So a Dr. Mundo with Merc treads, the mastery, and W active would reduce the duration of CC to 65%*70%*85% = 38.7%, which means that your 35%, 30% and 15% CC reductions add up to ~61.3%, NOT 80%.

However, if this same Mundo would now also buy a Zephyr, he would still be at the same 61.3% reduction, since he already has that unique passive, and does not gain any additional tenacity.

It probably has something to do with me playing WoW for quite some time that i basically call everything in those kind of ability trees "talent", even though in LoL they decided to call it "mastery" instead.
