Of all the patch notes these are definitely some of them.

Patch 12.12:
- Bel is still overtuned. Her numbers are just too high, but Riot decided to shuffle them around in her first patch instead.
- I have heard multiple streamers say that Sera is OP in high elo, not quite sure what to make of buffing her even more lol.
- They are buffing on hit Kata again, ffs.
- Nerfing Zeri W scaling is great, hopefully that's the end of her AP build.

I've heard the same for Sera and the stats back it up as well, but I've yet to see a single one of them actually perform in game. On the other hand almost everyone goes the wrong build as well so it's probably completely broken but we're still in the nobody knows how to play it phase.

She has good numbers overall, but it"s Masters+ where you start to see her winrate skyrocket. More specifically, it is Sera bot carry that is so problematic, not mid or support. Probably because that position lets her farm gold while also having peel, her best supports are unsurprisingly Senna and Ashe who also need a good whack from the nerf hammer.

Sera bot is good I agree, but everybody builds Rylais way too late. Also idk in my games it's just some random 200 LP Draven onetrick deciding today is the day to start playing Sera and then they play like a plat player, but of course that's low samplesize.

I'm not so sure. In lane support Ashe looks like an utter troll pick, but outside it can be incredibly frustrating to deal with. No other champion has a 3.5s stun that reaches across the map (and building CD means it's going to be on a 30s cooldown), and zero counterplay global vision. Not to mention her W is insane peel vs melee champs with only limited gap closers. Don't think you can pick it blind and there are comps that can deal with it, but she complements Sera quite well for a reason. We'll really know if someone picks it in pro play.
I am seeing more and more pro games and Challenger streams where Gauntlet Bel is run, please shut this garbage down. Likewise, more and more people have learnt about the bs 12 min kill into Herald top, it is very easy to take down the inhibitor tower or at least reach it if enemy team doesn't react together.

Belveth is just broken, it is what it is.
Feel like most of the benefits from durability patch are gone though, everybody has been getting buffed since then anyway.

and they are damage buffed, riot don;t try some gimmicks like buffing cooldowns, utility, qol etc. No, they just buff the damage and we are heading towards a new durability patch in couple of seasons
p.s. I dont agree with you that Belveth is broken, she is actually disgustingly broken with my personal favorite being her E, this ability is retarded beyond belief

Patch 12.13 - everyone and their mothers getting buffed.
p.s. are they serious with the master yi buffs? each one of these could launch him into the op zone, but the 3 together is a fucking madness, he is going to be 55% in master+ elo, mark my words

Idk what Riot was thinking when they buffed Yi like that, he's likely going to be hot fixed.
New champ looks overturned again, unsurprising but I think it's worse than Bel and Zeri. Need more time to be sure though

Technically she is low ranged and can be kited, in reality she sticks to opponents like cling film. Also, I legit cannot believe Riot gave her Juggernaut Morde exp. share, the most broken change of one of the worst patches the game ever saw in terms of balance.

Everything I've seen in proplay suggests she is garbage because she is gated by her range. Her kit has good numbers but 225 range makes everything moot.
