That must be a bug on the Shyvana AP on-hit ratio, because a 0.25 AP ratio on-hit would be pretty insane.
EDIT: They fixed it to 0.025. Much more logical.

Total price reduced to 3600 from 3800
Attack speed increased to 40% from 15%
Cooldown reduction increased to 20% from 10%
if those pbe changes go through jax,irelia will be pick/ban considering how strong fervor is right now

It's out by a factor of ten. It's 1/10th the scaling if the full burnout which is 25% over 4 seconds.
Holy shit. The ocean drake nerfs are unreal. Disabled during combat, cut by 2/3rds out of combat.

That's 0.025, 2.5%.
The onhit damage is 1/4th of Burnout's damage/second. So, if they add a 10% AP ratio to Burnout's AOE, they add a 2.5% ratio onto the on-hit.

Dunno what to think of Vel'koz changes. Isn't applying passive stacks on more than 1 champ not feasible anyway? Hm.
New Super Galaxy skins look awesome though. I should start playing those champions.
