I know it does for black cleaver. It applies max stacks of BC in one attack. It applies On Attack effects, not On Hit. On Attack effects include Rageblade and Wit's End. BC gets max stacks as a result of stacking from separate instances of physical damage, which ashe gets 6 of (auto + 5 from flurry) every Q-empowered auto. | ||

It's kind of funny that her power in that sense has been reversed - she used to come into a fight crit-w-auto and then fall off damage-wise compared to other AD's and now her first few attacks are pretty meh and she explodes after the first 5. IE is still the biggest damage item but I can see people building BotRK the way they used to do it on Tristana. Your damage is high enough, you just need to live to apply it. | ||
