skirmisher elevates a casual cutlass to a real threat anytime the active is off cd

I'm actually hoping Riot lets this tank stuff play out for a bit longer, it's kinda suffocating a lot of "fighter" junglers atm, but like, we've been playing/watching fighters for 2 years
give it like another month before fixing it pls rito
Pony: these types of numbers are really hard for me, he's probly still good in matchups were going casual glacial first gives him a 1v1 advantage but will delay trinity and thus power spike, this could be a big deal in competitive but should mean little in solo q, again since these numbers are hard for me to get a read on, it's possible just putting sheen in front of phage will be enough idk.
Fizz: ratio on an active W is really high now, higher than pre assasin nerfs, he is still going to have some problems with laning pre 6 just because he can't really threaten an all in like he used to so ranged can still get some free damage on him, he's also bad vs. Diana who is fotm right now. I don't think these nerfs are too bad for top fizz, but Jungle fizz is pretty bad.
Bard: I was actually starting to like him as is, so yea, buffs are nice
Blitz: This nerf looks really bad to me, this hurts posturing a lot, and thats really like half of his kit idk, I'm concerned.
Rek'sai: she was still op????
Shen: still a poor duelist, thus a poor hero idk, I guess if with this cd he could work with ignite or even smite it's possible
just my thoughts

That Shen change is intriguing ... Eve buffs too :D

Personally I think both fighter/bruiser junglers and tanks should be viable. They just needed to introduce Cinderhulk a lot sooner, like patch 5.3 or 5.4.

yea thats my point, the idea is to have both good but riot sucks at balance and so I'd prefer they left it for a while before trying to fix it

dunno why they won't revert her E change...

Comparison of pre-nerf Fizz and 5.7 Fizz:
Old Q: 10/40/70/100/130 (+0.6 ability power) New Q: 10/25/40/55/70 (+0.3 ability power)
Old W passive: 30/40/50/60/70 (+0.35 ability power) (+4/5/6/7/8% of target's missing health) New W passive: 20/30/40/50/60 (+0.45 ability power) (+4/5/6/7/8% of target's missing health)
Old W active: 10/15/20/25/30 (+0.25 ability power) + Grievous Wounds New W active: 10/20/30/40/50 (+0.25 ability power)
Old R: Doesn't do that +20% damage thing New R: Does do that +20% damage thing
So the Q is way weaker (and you can avoid its damage entirely by flashing/dashing away), the W passive is better after 100 AP and worse before, the W active is slightly better minus Grievous Wounds, and the R is obviously stronger.

As long as we don't suffer too much from outliers like Sejuani, I'm fine with it. However the very late game tanks do sometimes feel too hard to kill (as in they should still die when the whole team's on them unless they it's Ezreal/Nunu/Lulu/Janna/Orianna or something), no reason to kneejerk nerf obviously, just a thing to monitor (Sejuani was an outlier in damage more than anything, her passive makes her tankier than a bunch).
Re: Vlad Personally it's more that I can't seem to be able to decisively beat him (even with Irelia, though I usually dumpstered Riven, Renekton, Kayle, etc. and even tended to do well vs Ryze and Jayce), and his skill floor, at least in lane, seems awfully low. Basically, Vlad doesn't do anything special at all, and if you didn't utterly destroy him, from level 7 he's basically invulnerable if you don't 100-0 him (harder with pool and his sustain and just his ability to kill you in return), while he keeps scaling contrary to champs who hit their peak around level 13 and 1-2 items (tanks keep scaling in their role past that, but their damage output doesn't really, relatively speaking).
So it's the frustration about playing against a champion I never do well versus, knowing it'll lead to him getting out of control, and on top of that he's not even interactive or anything, once he gets 7 he clicks you from time to time, but otherwise just one-shots the wave (healing 1/3rd of his HP), and he keeps doing it until you're forced out, then he hits your tower. When I played mid more I disliked Anivia/Lux/Ziggs/Xerath/TF (in earlier seasons) for the same reasons that they weren't interactive, but at least they didn't have as much impact and laning feels shorter when you're mid. Their ability to force PvE on you was boring. Vlad is actively annoying for me. Of course if I learn how not to be a scrublord with Irelia and actually win the match-up I guess it'll be better.
In that game I went jungling anyway, as Nautilus, and fucked Vi's countergank up because minion wave OP with your cc when she gets too greedy. With a top lane J4 and me it was easy to split the fights and since Tristana automatically becomes immune to Irelia after awhile and I played defensively, we won the game off of catches and my ability to endure harass (while if I hit a hook one of them drops to half without needing to commit). It had a lot do to with our comp too: Zed/Nautilus/J4/Tristana/Leona vs Irelia/Vlad/Vi/Graves/Thresh. Tt's really hard for them to get to Trist if we decide to peel, so even with the almost full physical comp our frontline was strong enough to kill their divers and zone the rest. They also sucked at harass/lockdown/ranged fighting, and if he can survive Naut punishes rushdowns well.
Nautilus really dips in the midgame now, I'd say from level 8 to around 14 and Cinderhulk+other items completed (eg. when you get well-rounded defensive stats using the enchant, and start leveling the shield). He used to start being strong around 9~11 (maxed shield + items coming online) so it changes the playstyle in fights a lot. You do more damage (if you don't end up oom) but you really have to skirt the edges of the fight instead of being your team's anchor, drawing the line between them and the enemy's backline.

The reason why Riot doesn't buff/change the fighter/bruiser junglers is because of the fear of things like top/mid Kha'Zix from s3, or s3 Zac top, or top Aatrox, or any of a various number of junglers that were meant to be in the jungle and instead are played in lane.

Riot revert a nerf, and by proxy, admit they were wrong/heavy-handed in their nerf to begin with? Are you insane?
