It seems to me that its a "all the goddamn time" item that you buy on a bruiser for a good amount of damage/HP/CDR/movement with an easy/clean buy in rather than a "well the enemy has a super tank i need to cleave for my team" item. | ||

Granted, it'll only be good on certain champions, but the ones that would want it (Riven, Garen, Vi, Rek'Sai, Kha'Zix, Darius, Aatrox, Wukong, Zed, Xin Zhao) are ones that benefit from basically every stat, passive, and CDR on it. Think about it for a moment: you're playing SR, maybe 15-20 minutes into the match and see Vi ult your ADC with Cinderhulk + that new Cleaver. She's gonna have a pretty beefy shield (from her passive) at this point in the game, will stick to the ADC due to Phage passive, AND be dealing basically true damage with Cleaver passive and her Armor shred debuff from W. And she'll be able to do that at nearly every team fight. | ||

I meant as in bad habit soloq tends to have, like people building too much damage. Granted, it's legit on Vi, but only when she's massively ahead or as a late item. Too many Vi's that are even or behind spend too much time trying to piece together Triforce and end up super behind. | ||

Definitely agree there, the best feeling in the world is just dumping over and over on a Vi/Hecarim who is getting shit on but still running around with a Phage and a mana crystal. | ||
