I doubt they would remove the parrrley gold, bankplank, oranges and ulti they basically confirmed they wouldn't fuck with. E sucks, I'd be fine with anything else. That leaves the passive, and possibly parrrley mechanics. Rito do hate everything that isn't a skillshot. | ||

The passive, being a potential permaslow and what they call "invisible power" (it wrecks you at least as hard as Darius if you try to fight him during early levels) is typically what they dislike and find hard to balance. | ||

They said they were keeping his Q and W as is and changing his E to an entirely different ability. GP E is dumb and is a lot of what makes him a dumb champion. It has no synergy with the rest of his kit. | ||

I'd love to hear you argue your way out of that. | ||

And yes, Nautilus gets ridiculously hard to kill once farmed because the shield buffs only made him go from 450 to 600 HP shields at level 16+ late game, but 450 every 10 seconds is still hard to get through when you've got 200+ armour. I remember getting a triple like that paired with a Janna, because her shield would either let mine hold, or provide me with some more damage, even though I was oom. Don't think I dropped worse than from half to a third of my HP. Granted it was something like Renekton, Lulu and I can't remember the jungler (Lee?), but something low damage enough that I'd wear them down (Janna had a bunch of AP too so her shield let my autos hit hard). | ||

On another note, I just got into Diamond for the first time in a legitimate season (been twice in preseason). Last game the entire enemy team afkd because someone trolled and went duo mid. That was some seriously anticlimactic shit. | ||

If it only gave a self buff and more stats it'd make sense, but then it'd probably be boring and antifun or hard to balance or blah blah basically this is the reason why it is going to get removed for an entirely different skill. | ||

The only thing GP needs is instacast E and he'd be fine. that's not a lack of synergy, that's you not understanding how to play GP. | ||

Well, if you think GP isn't a split pusher we'll just have to agree to disagree. They did already say they're keeping Q/W/R as is and changing E for a different skill, though. But then again that was like a year ago, probably can't be used as evidence of anything. | ||
