When I first started playing at the start of season 3, I played nearly exclusively Sona from level 20-30 and from Silver 5 to Silver 1, and the only skin I ever wanted to buy was Silent Night Sona... and this has been the first time that it's been available.
Nowadays, I almost never play Sona. Truly, the fates are cruel.

What's the best skin to have when playing AP tryndamere?
Snow day singed is pretty cool.
|
Vanilla Tryndamere, because there's nothing like wrecking people with the default skin and a troll build and showing them that even though they have pulsefire Ez they're still trash.
I used to do AP alistar with the free Unchained skin, good times.

Anything exciting develop in the last month while I havn't played LoL at all? For what champion? Like... in general. What preforms best, AS? AD? full retard resists? That's what I mean. Lol. Like if I were to make 1 rune page for 80% of all jungles, what should it be? I made several tests and personally decided to use Life Steal quints in the jungle. Mind that my main champ is Rengar and all AS/AD quints combinations gave significantly worse results than LS. For example with LS I can clear 4 (maybe 5) camps without leash, anything else makes me go back after the 2nd or max 3rd

On a funny side, I have a stupid feeling that everytime I'm using Pulsefire Ezreal I'm playing a lot worse. Explorer Ezreal ftw.

Fucking CC buffering is stupid, especially when it comes to pro play. It's so stupid to chain CC somebody and just have them ignore it.
But Riot doesn't give a fuck because it fixed an issue for people with "high latency", where high is probably like 200+. It really is a joke, particularly when there doesn't seem to be anyone at all clamouring for it to stay. Riot is just being stupidly stubborn.
This and their refusal to adjust pick/ban are really depressing as a spectator and player.

I hate the whole idea of chain CC and in fact I would go so far to say the game would be better (from my purely subjective interpretation of "better") without any movement blocking CC at all. Being stunned/rooted/knocked up is (for me) the absolute worst feeling in the game because at that point I've lost control over what happens next. Now, I realise that this would drastically lower the kill-count of games, and while I might greatly enjoy both playing and watching games with 30min first bloods and under 10 kills total, I do understand that this won't appeal to the larger user-base. I just thought it should be noted that there are, in fact, differing opinions on this topic.

Well if you do that you can basically remove every single tank (save for exceptions like Shen and Mundo) from the game, along with every melee who requires constant autoattacks to dish out their damage (Jax, Irelia, Udyr, etc. compared to Rengar or Kha'Zix). You also can't dive ever against champions with slows.
Kassadin, Nidalee, Ziggs reign supreme.

Genuinely intrigued at how you think the game would work with no hard CC, save just building an entirely new game.

I'd personally be more worried about Yi and Katarina.

Kassadin, Nidalee, Ziggs reign supreme. I'd personally be more worried about Yi and Katarina. Well, it was a somewhat off-the-hand comment, and like I said it's not likely to appeal the most of the user-base but let's say I were to re-design the game to work without hard CC and still keep it interesting, the I would replace all current stuns with strong slows (like 70%+) + silences (to interrupt stuff like Katarina), probably similar for knock-ups and snares would be slows without the silence component. They would also be scaled up in duration to offset the fact that they are weaker (maybe 20-50% longer duration). Yi of course breaks this entirely, since he specifically ignores slows but not other CC so he'd probably need a remake. Hell, if you really like CC you could even add a new rule to the game: while slowed you cannot flash, dash, blink or teleport. Then most CC would be stronger than before but at least there isn't that moment where you click frantically and just scream in your head "why the hell is my character not doing anything?" To me, there simply isn't anything more frustrating than loss of control.

I definitely make at least 3 trips back with 2-3 pots so I don't see how it would be bad on some junglers. also, the problem isn't if its cost efficient or not because it is. the main problem with flask is you have to drop 345g in one go instead of increments of 35g for pots. because of how important it is to rush your jungle item, this is the main drawback to flask. that's not even a fair comparison, cuz your first back is always gunna be machete upgrade + pots, so you have to add those 2nd trip pots cost to it. there's no way you can get flask + machete upgrade (unless you're ranged jungler who takes no damage doing jungle). strictly speaking pots are better than flask by quite a bit. even disregarding 2 pots at first back, you don't get more than 6 pots after that? for ex. in my last game as jarvan jungle, I got 6 pots excluding the 2 I got with machete upgrade by the 12 minute mark. I'm not 100% for flask (I haven't even tried it yet) but it does seem worth it situationally. its worth considering at the very least. I think the most pots I get is maybe 4 after that? 2 pots for each back, by then you should either be a)tanky enough that they don't do much damage to you, b) do enough damage that they don't have time to do damage to you, or c) you have enough sustain that it doesn't matter. using the example of my jarvan game: a) not really tanky. I just finish my jungle item at 11 min and I don't get any form of resists till 13 min since I went boots after. camps still hurt. b) they still hurt. no spirit stone hurts. c) only sustain is pots/smite unless I always smite red, but I smite razorbeaks 90% of the time. I completely agree that pots is generally optimal and I haven't gotten the chance to test flask yet, but it definitely seems appealing with the amount of times I think to myself "geez I really wish I had more pots" I don't think the idea should be completely dismissed though. for ex. I remember when getting flask on nasus s3 jungle was standard. Press W, yo. Shit's cheap now.

A 50 hp shield for 30 mana (unless you max it second for heavy burst/kiting comps) on quite a long cooldown is not really going to help in the jungle though. Shield only goes up on number of champions hit. I think they should also change it to number of large monsters hit. Just like they gave Shyvana's burnout a buff, they should give these neat little buffs to all champs imo, should make jungling more interesting.

Unless he's running into mana issues, it's kind of silly to lament sustain issues as if he had absolutely none when he has a shield he isn't using, despite how small it is and how long the CD is.

From people complaining to Riot on forums:
I am a diamond V Evelynn Main, and i find it hard to play the champion i love most .
It dosn't matter where i start, but after a leash RED + another jungle camp, It dosn't seem like i can kill the 3rd camp/ blue buff. Evelynn is just way too squishy and that also makes her slower in jungle camps. Well then don't start red with Evelynn, dafuck? Oo Thought it was well-known by now that you start either Krugs or Gromp, and with her E steroid Eve isn't even bad at applying krugs' stun.

Do you guys clear raptors on the first clear? I tend to skip them, those bloodthirsty birds just peck you to death.
