afaik, xwx is supposed to be an exempted non-resident player and a team can only have 2 non-resident players as starters right? even though xwx is exempted, he is still counted as a foreign player right? Has xwx been changed to a local player? By what clause? | ||

At the moment I can't play a lot, so I stick with playing only few champs. I play mostly Rengar (Top/Jungle) and Yi as a back up on those lanes. After that I go with main Lulu (back up Braum) as a support, my worst roles are adc and mid where I play main Twitch (back up Graves) and Annie & Yi as mid laners. I wrote all this, coz as you can see I play kind of unorthodox champs on the specific roles and not everyone agrees with this. If it is all right for you I am up for some ranked queues :-) | ||

For North America and Europe, the new rule states that a team is required to have 3 regional residents minimum (from this Ongamers article) I think exempt counts as a regional resident. | ||

Tristana update announced, visual update and only her E has been reworked Passive: Whenever Tristana kills a unit, her shot explodes, dealing damage to all nearby enemies. Active: Tristana attaches a charge to a nearby enemy unit or turret. After a few seconds, the charge detonates, dealing damage to the target and all nearby enemies. Attacking the target with basic attacks amps the charge up, making it deal extra damage as it explodes. Tristana can also Rocket Jump onto a target with Explosive Charge for extra damage. | ||
