Later on, a bunch of comps won't really care if you burn your initiation on the support while the other 4 are healthy and your stuff is on cd. So even if you can kill Soraka, it's not easy, and it doesn't necessarily reduce the base power of the enemy comp, so if you get out of position to do it it's bad for you. Her passive is... weird. Seeing a Soraka with mobis running at ~500 MS to a low health ally is pretty surprising the first time. | ||

Whether or not she's good or OP, this is probably the best rework Riot had done. She's really fun, and she feels like a well-made champion now. | ||
