Edit:: Thinking about it, the thing that I really really wish she had was a 3s cd on Q rather than 4s. I remember picking her up right after her rework and constantly E'ing unpoisoned targets because I would hit Q and nothing would cast. It makes it pretty damn important to reach 25%+ CDR ASAP in order to ensure that you have constant poison uptime. W is nice but it's much better as a zone control tool rather than direct damage in many cases. | ||

They just butchered her early game too much to make up for any changes unless they overtune her by a lot. Her late game is worse than other late game mages and now her early game is worse too. No idea what they were thinking when they did these changes. Actually as I say this I just saw a reddit thread with this link, http://lolbuilder.net/news/how-bad-is-the-new-cassiopeia. I just recently started to fill out a second rune page for mages which I just took straight from U or someone's Ori page but I've seen CDR runes used before so wasn't sure how to fit them in. | ||
