As a recent Viktor Player, here are my thoughts:
Q shield needs to be improved. For it to be a truly important ability, one that Viktor can make reactionary plays with, it has to be quicker. Also, the base shield amount should be cleaned up, it's really funky amounts.
W and E are probably alright as is. Maybe a slight cooldown decrease on w, and slightly less mana on E.
ult needs cast time removed and cooldown needs to scale down with levels. In addition, the skill needs to go on cooldown when the skill is cast, not when the storm dissipates. I think this is the only ability which still has this.
Augments are also ripe for changing. Q needs to be able to substitute as a tank item (at least more health, maybe add resists or even spell vamp) and W needs to substitute for a 'support item' (CDR and mana regen). They need to work the same way that e augment acts as a damage substitute. I also like the idea of a 2nd augment upgrade, maybe with a modification to his ult attached (eg 2nd w augment gives his ult a slow). Make the first augment level a bit worse than now, but the second level better.

I wonder who decided that Viktor's Q shield starts off at 32 and gains +18 per level with a 26% AP ratio. Like, just make it start at 35, give it +20 per level and a 25% AP ratio. I don't think I've ever had any issue with moving around Viktor's ult, and I build athene's in most games.

Problem with viktor is he is a short range burst mage with no mobility and that isn't really very strong in league unless the numbers are just stupid.

I feel like Curse's players overall are just so underrated. There was that poll on Reddit about the top of each position, and Quas got 3% of the votes, placing even behind Seraph. Cop was voted last for ADC. At least people are finally starting to realise that Voyboy isn't the same mid laner as he was in the spring split.

Those polls are based on popularity and since crs moved to azubu and they couldnt really compare with tsm/clg anyway took a big hit.Other than cop everyone on crs can be good on a good day but can be incredibly bad on a bad day too.That seems to be the trend with most na teams though lol.

Cop's been pretty good recently. I mean come on, he got me 111 points in the final week for fantasy.

Well I wouldn't really use fantasy points as something that defines player power lol.Cop just lacks the playmaking factor.The only adc in lcs that is just straight up worse than cop is imaqtpie.I have never seen cop actually carry his team and be a very big threat.While that doesn't make him a bad player it still makes him underwhelming compared to other players who are able to do that.

He's been pretty impactful on the Kog'maw games he's been playing recently. Also he used to carry games on Twitch last split back when he wasn't really a contested pick. Cop carries games, but the problem is he's definitely had games where he had carry potential and failed to capitalize on it.

Quas was really good in spring split too, Curse just had problems everywhere else. He just never really does anything flashy and doesn't die, and teamfights well. Basically what you want from a top laner. (Or what I'd want).

Sitting there with 500ish RP after spending my first £20 on RP in over 2 years. Wondering what shitty amumu skin to get (emumu/prom king) didnt like either of them, so i asked a friend to mystery trade. He got waterloo MF and i got piltover customs blitzcrank.
Why cant i have this luck in-game too??
