The only real exception I know is the new Lucian because there are few good cdr items for adc so he can use scaling onces to hit 40% with Brut & boots. | ||

im trying out cdr blues/quints for 20% cdr at level 1 seems to be pretty good. Obviously against magic damage lane you go standard setup or some really difficult lane that you need the armour quints. Not sure riven qualifies. Getting CDR increases your damage a lot too as well as your q farm rate. getting max cdr is kind of awkward with spirit visage giving only 10% and you want mercs for boots. Even without em tabi and swiftness are both really good on him. If you want gauntlet over frozen heart it becomes a real pain. you can get cdr boots and sell them later for only 300 gold loss though. | ||

to be fair i went from d2 to p1 duoing with marten, playing nasus didnt really cause it, just not jungling caused the drop anyway im getting better at avoiding jungle ganks and things which were the main cause of my losses (when team is behind elsewhere and i just get ganked a lot top) nidalee so far is the hardest lane ive encountered, but its only a counter for about 15 minutes.
