The bot hacks require player input. Hacks replace the mechanical skill of the player by dodging skill shots for them. Bots dodge skills shots just fine (with a few exceptions). It's not the raw skill that the bots lack it's decision making.

That would unfortunately absolutely slaughter about 95% of coop v ai players, and 100% as a doom bot. While some people can outplay a bot on one of the most mechanical champs in the game, most people can't.

Honestly in my experience Tryndamere is the only one that can really splitpush to victory regardless of score/gold difference, and then you could argue that his team isnt really 'behind' at all.

While creating AI capable of beating top human opponents is certainly interesting from an academic perspective, there really wouldn't be much point for a game company like Riot releasing anything like that. Most players who play against AI want to feel like they are being challenged while still winning in the end. Most players are also Silver or lower in terms of skill. Bots strong enough that, say a team of Plat players could only beat them 50% of the time, would actually frustrate a large portion of the player base who would never stand a chance of beating them ever. It would certainly be possible (easy even, as long as the AI can cheat like the doombots), but it would unfortunately not make much sense for Riot to do something like that.

I'd be fine with gps parrrlay being a skillshot, most of the time you're in melee anyway, and veigars is easy enough to hit after you land the stun.

Only picked by people who know how to play him > pick rate down, win rate up Word gets out he might be OP. People pick him without knowing what they are doing > Win rate gos down again.

It's obvious that his winrate went up with the kneejerk terrible Lucians stopping from playing him, so obviously only the people who play him now are beating up on the kneejerkians, thus resulting in a higher winrate.
