feral flare was broken because if you got a lead with a strong flare jungler the game was over at all levels of play, not "wood 10"

Miss that % damage too much.
But man her late game is good now. With that % HP with just like Golem, Sunfire, and Liandries she has like 3.8K HP and 220 armor from passive and new golem. Kinda silly. Can like tank 30 tower shots with Golem and a Giants belt. They think they are safe because they used to squishy ass junglers who can only take 1 or 2 shots. Rofl. So tanky.

You need to balance for pro play, buy only within the bounds of things being reasonable at all levels.
The other issue is you had to make the ff vs spirit choice extremely early(often in champ select), so it didn't fix the farming vs ganking dilemma, it just put a timer on each strategy based on predetermined choices. This is rather than the ideal scenario where ganking and farming have nearly the same expected value (possibly slightly higher for ganks) on average.

Sej late game has always been good. Trouble is the early part.
All these tank junglers are getting used now. It's so refreshing. I hope Riot doesn't rush into changes on this one.

25 stack FF was pretty OP, I think the 30 stack w/ getting stack on kill/assist is fine, but the other nerfs to it were uncalled for. Now it's not really worth getting unless your team is ok with you AFK farming for the first 15-20 minutes of the game.

idk, I've seen it on Rengar in OGN, it seemed fine. I've also seen some people build it on jungle Kayle, and I really like the idea.

The reason why Rengar can get away with it in OGN is because the team is willing to take a risk and is aiming for early game kills from Rengar. Like his ganking pre-6 isn't terrible (snare with E, spam abilities and slow them again, make them blow flash or die) and post-6 the ult makes his ganks a ton easier, not to mention you can mostly creep up from nowhere ala Eve and 100-0 them with your full combo.

It seems ok. I wouldn't say he's great or anything but the change to his W is really nice for clearing times. His ganks are still pretty good at CC and surprise but obv his damage is still pretty shallow from the jungle. I see some promise though.

i mean he did get indirectly buffed with the IE buff and all these changes to make passive laners stronger. Hes in a decent spot top lane now although i think he is best used in the jungle so you can max E first
