I'm not sure how Riot can actually fix this though because if they increase the CD people will just go back to running ghost/flash/ignite and if they lower it any more it would make the problem worse. I think because dota has the courier TP becomes a map movement decision rather than a health/mana one. | ||

TP becomes used more by more lanes and the advantage from a TP can be cancelled out more easily by smart map movement from other teams. | ||
