Alright, we're going to call it a day with all the Thorin drama, guys. I figured if it was about SI, onGamers, TSM, etc, it had some relevance to League but somehow you guys managed to devolve the discussion into an issue about race of all things.

I really like ignite in solo queue, most teams cant grasp the concept of what tp does
Depends. If you're either really good or really bad at top lane, teleport is great.
If you're really good and know when to port you can use it to swing fights. If you're really bad and are going to lose lane anyway at least you can maybe exert pressure elsewhere and get back top.
In general though i agree. TP is hard to use in soloqueue because its hard to coordinate movements.
I'm gold and the majority of time TP is used to get me back to lane. Lategame it's great to TP into a fight and doesn't seem to be that bad (at least for soloQ standards).
I'm not sure how Riot can actually fix this though because if they increase the CD people will just go back to running ghost/flash/ignite and if they lower it any more it would make the problem worse. I think because dota has the courier TP becomes a map movement decision rather than a health/mana one.

give flash to every character by default and allow picking 2 other summoners. TP becomes used more by more lanes and the advantage from a TP can be cancelled out more easily by smart map movement from other teams.
Man If you look at where the wardens mail was before the s3 item changes and to where it is now its night and day. I can't belive I was such a visionary on how utterly broken it was with health regen a ton of armor and the insane as reduction.
Really unhappy with how riot is just burying things into the ground instead of solving the problem.

it was only like a 20% chance lol, the 100% chance now is way better imo.
