EPTOn the other hand, i don't see a point in spending money on rune pages or champions, as i can already get those for IP, so buying them for real money feels like spending money to skip part of the game, which is something i find to be incomprehensible, but apparently a lot of people do. (Also i don't really WANT new champions more often then i can just buy them with IP, and i have 8 unused Rune Pages at the moment.

I own every single vlad skin, and I haven't played vlad in over a year. But hell, riot doesn't make any money if people dont buy skins, and I love their game. Not the worst thing to throw your money at. | ||

The main reason I would buy skins would be to improve the feel of the champ as well, I'd probably spam Kayle games if I had Aether Wing, her classic skin effects/model are so underwhelming. Eternum Nocturne's sound work is such a step up from the base model as well. Same reasoning goes for Pulsefire Ez but I couldn't see myself dropping that amount of money on a single skin :-/ (also why I don't have any dota2 arcanas). Glad that Riot are actually doing full VUs now instead of gating them behind skins (*cough* Udyr, Cho, Kayle, Rammus (ish), Janna, Warwick (ish), Trist, *cough*) | ||
