I had a wonderful time crushing this Rengar last night as WW. Without reliable, fast CC, you are doomed. This does not mean he is balanced though. He still has some problems. | ||

Khazix gets a fourth evolve, rengar gets insta 20 stacks on trinket. 20 stacks isn't such a big deal though, since he cant actually lose stacks anymore, so in a long game he will get 20 stacks eventually. | ||
