Just make ult ignores the next 0/1/2 instances of CC. He won't dominate fights the instant he hits 6, but at 11 and again at 16 he gets huge bonuses. That alone will probably make his lategame good enough to warrant picking. | ||

While every person on the other team has a CC that can interrupt galio if not caught, catching 4/3/2 people will let you get off an uncontested ult. | ||
