The slow field seems ridic though.
My bad about that, in games it always feels like a lot of damage, but apparently it isn't.
any damage you can do to a stunned target when no one have health items yet feels like a lot of damage. having a knock up and a stun means hes gonna feel pretty monster with lvl 6 all ins even if they hit for 10.
Ye, but he was in really good situation after Elise gank at 4 min. He just freeze lane and Irelia was fucked since Lee didn't come top to help him push to the tower.
Braum seems to be what I thought he'd be reading his notes then. In some ways though with melee range supports I get the impression you want them to be above average in order for them to be viable since the range disadvantage is pretty big.
As for the scrim idk. You could argue that maybe they're getting used to each other or they knew it would be recorded so aren't showing stuff off. But still not tryharding in scrims does seem wasteful.
Is it just me but shouldnt you tryhard in scrims? Its pretty obvious both teams are dicking around.
Most teams seem to say they don't play 100% in scrims because they don't want to give anything away. Considering that CLG and LMQ play eachother in the first week of LCS they're both going to try to keep things obscure. Some teams become known for sandbagging in scrims, fnatic reportedly almost never take scrims seriously and use them as free scouting primarily.

You can give it 100% and just pick standart so you dont show anything.I guess if it was known that it would be streamed its fine.

Yea you can treat it as a pickup. That's kind of why I'm so confused why teams care about Solo Q. Scrims should be giving you the mechanical practice you need since even if you don't want to give away strats it should still be better practice than solo Q. Guess teams just decide to dick around rather than actually practice?

loads of pros love to talk about how they shouldnt aim to be best in NA or EU, its either best in the world or go home. they talk about korea being the real 'enemy' and all that crap. then loads of teams admit to trolling in scrimms.
this is the kinda shit that makes me hate western esports.

Well, no I know Aphro feeds outside of the laning phase with support Zyra in almost exactly the same ways. I lol'd, it was like watching my own replay, "Oh look at that decent snare, ANND shes dead."

This is why I think Melee range supports need to be the "niche" supports rather than the FOTM all around good supports. It seems really hard to balance the need for Leona/Thresh (and now Braum) to be tanky during engages, with the need for ADCs and Ranged supports to poke them out during the lane phase.
How can you know if a strategy will work if you won't use it in scrims? If everyone is gonna troll/sandbag their scrims, what knowledge can they really get from them, except for maybe scouting informantion (unless the other team also trolls/sandbags)?

Or still enjoy western competition but willingly acknowledge that Korea is pinnacle of competition like I do.
ye this is kinda how i feel. i used to have hope that western pros in SC2 and then lol would look at the decade of experience of the korean system and try their hardest to emulate it. but since this hasnt happened i think i can finally relax about white people being so bad and just enjoy the showmanship. its like watching wrestling in a way, you can enjoy the show even though the result doesnt matter.
