These changes are more or less exactly what TL has been wanting for months. I'm interested to see how many posts like these come up.

I disagree. I would prefer the game not get more defensive, EULCS games already take long enough to finish.
Towers already get 30% armor penetration, and +25% damage to champs for each consecutive hit to a max of +125% extra damage. Note that juggling aggro between champs only resets the damage increase to +75%, the tower has to stop attacking completely or attack minions in order to fully reset the increased damage.
Also, damage reduction to turrets probably doesn't mean that much -- even with the top lane turrets being extra buffed we saw that in the 4v0 meta the top towers were still going down roughly at the same time as the bottom towers.

I just want more teamfights around towers. Playing League is more fun on my own than playing Dota, but I enjoy how bloodly Dota is compared to League. Different mechanics I guess with TP scrolls, but I can still hope...Maybe just increase the stacking? or once it's stacked it never drops stacks?
It would make it more defensive, but teams could also not turtle so much, I just don't like seeing 40+ minute games being called "bloody" when there are 20 kills, maybe in them.

why do people like laning phase 4v0's only lets the action start sooner lol
|
Most games it just takes 4 minutes instead of 2 for laning phase to start doe.

Hai = small skinny asian na mid laner. Link = small skinnu asian na mid laner. The similarities are uncanny.

Because its only sometimes when its 4v0, and that is based on a coinflip if one team wants it and the other doesnt.
Then, even with a real 4v0 that works, it is highly based on minion aggro on whether on of the toplaners gets set massively behind because he couldnt get a good freeze while the other toplaner did. Then on top of that, you even did freeze for a long time its actually an advantage because you get a sick minion wave for a free tower or dragon.
So the pace of the game is determined by a coinflip to start the game, then a few more coinflips of minion aggro.

I can guess what kind of Asian most people at my school are, and even if they're international or not. I guess a lot of it is based on context as well.
Can we just go back to season 2 that was fun

From the standpoint of someone who only watches competitive play anymore, these changes look solid. Anxious to see if they have the desired results on stale early game movement(I know that not every 4v0 is created equally and teams have adopted different strategies out of them, but it's still bland from a spectator PoV).
Edit: Took that face test thing. I seem to distinguish between Chinese and Japanese well(as in, none of my incorrect guesses were that a Chinese was actually Japanese or vice versa), but missed a lot thinking they were or weren't Korean. Apparently watching Chinese/Korean eSports has not familiarized myself with their faces enough, must watch more.

Their entire reasoning for these changes should be.
"Dear everyone,
We think 4v0 is boring as fuck to watch too. Sorry about that.
Love, Riot"

hm. I actually didn't mind 4v0. Oh well, let's see how the meta looks now. I'm sure it's gonna be fun too

I don't get why people feel so bad for retiring players. They had at the very least an interesting life experience trying to go pro, and now they're just going back to real life. that "other way" is there for these players as well.

Dyrus and Chaox dicking around with subwars. Oh the nostalgia.

I don't think anyone has ever argued that the 4v0 push itself is particularly fun to watch, but it has ramifications beyond the push itself. The pick/ban phase opened up a lot when teams realized that the 4v0 is inherently more stable on this patch. It also generally makes for a more dynamic midgame.
