in my own understanding of what "viable" is, there has to exist (a sufficient amount of) those scenarios I quoted myself there because everyone who commented after me had the balls to not elaborate on what they mean by "viable" which is what this discussion eventually boils down to anyway | ||

i feel i can reach it without it, but it would be alot faster and easier if i had a consistent adc to team up with. Maybe in some irc channel or something? If you CS perfectly it gives you 3.15 HP/5 and 1.05 MP/5, for 1 mastery point. It takes more than 4 mastery points to get that amount of regen from the defense/utility trees. It's a pretty overpowered mastery. Put another way, if you're looking at the initial laning phase, it's basically like starting the game with an extra potion. If one laner has Feast and the other doesn't, that's often enough to win the lane right there. | ||

Recovery only gives you 24 hp per minute and you have to put 2 points on hit. Its pretty good | ||

Why do you compare it to the defense tree regen mastery when literally no one gets that one either? It's like saying you're smarter than the stupidest kid in your class it hardly goes a long way to proving your point. | ||
