it wasnt saying exclusively that tsm/clg/c9 have small champ pool, but if riot was to want to reward people (the people who can make the most plays on the most different champions have an advantage) then it should be pointing to the top right. Right now its either flat line, or bottom right angled.
right now, having a diverse pool isnt naturally rewarding, when you can just play the OP champs.

As a counterpoint, losing teams have more roster shakeups which introduces people with different champ pools and artificially makes losing teams seem more diverse. Also losing teams are probably more inclined to try new things to shake things up, even without roster changes.
In general, I'd also posit that right after season changes, there's a peak in general imbalance in the game as they've shifted core systems around, and it'll settle back down as the season drags on. Not just game imbalance, but an information deficit in the metagame as well.

4 months isnt exactly right after season changes not counting feral flare for obvious reasons

The first superweek wasn't even on 4.1. The season started a while ago, and they play a week or two in the past in regards to changes.

Guys, wanna try some aatrox play (mostly top). What are the advantages for maxing W or Q 2nd? I see that E is always maxed 1st, but some people max W some Q 2nd, what are the reasons behind?

W gives you more damage and sustain Q gives you more "burst" and mostly shorter CD, so you can jump in and out more often. I never maxed Q tbh.

I feel like E>Q is for max damage output? E>W is for sustain?

Let's see
Difference between rank 1 Q and rank 5: 4s CD, 180 damage, scaling with 60% bonus AD. Difference between rank 1 W and rank 5 (damage wise): 140 scaling with 100% bonus AD.
1 tick of W will do more damage than 1 Q at above 100 bonus AD.
Q damage will scale with CDR, W damage will scale with AS. Getting AS is incredibly easy (BORK/FF), the only way W will not do more damage is if you can't get autos off.
The only reason I could see to go E>Q is if you need the CDR on Q that badly, but I can't think of any scenarios that would fit.

Maybe in top matchups where you want to be able to jump on them as much as possible? Like for example I know you can max Q on jax in certain matchups versus ranged opponents.

E>W>Q basic combo is, proc 3rd hit, jump auto/e then auto again, doing that twice will literally kill almost any top laner.
when you get 6/cutlass you can just all in with the blood price proc and kill like anyone, its really stupid
also, should never need lower Q cd, you can just spam E to harass since it has pretty good range tbh.

Since I'm now a legitimate gold player who carried himself through promos, I will duo queue with you and you will have a reliable Miss Fortune ADC to count on for Baron calls and other objectives.
It just makes sense.
Sure we can duo more if you want.

Anyone up for duo with me? I can play a solid jungle/adc/support but I main junglers/supports. Would be cool to have someone that mains top/adc/mid. I'm currently Silver 1, need 2 wins to get to Gold promos.
EUW, EatMySpell in game. Anyone?

What's the counterplay to LeBlanc?

Ban her.

You could also play someone that can shove well so she has to use Distortion to farm, rather than kill you. Don't die in lane. Get a Negatron early if things start looking grim. Apparently some people play Veigar with some success vs her, but I've never done it personally (I stick with my two best when versing her, and just use my knowledge of them to at least go even). Hope your team mates ward well so she doesn't get too many kills from roaming. Don't die in lane. If she does get ahead, go for a Banshees without delay, and convince your team to do the same. And make sure you don't die in lane, if she's going to get fed, let her feed on someone else.
Honestly LeBlanc is tough at the moment.

Some people say Galio but I think Galio is just a terrible champ so I wouldn't bother with him. Either ban her or play something like Ziggs that can afk farm (He can also trade with her pre 6 and post 6 he should have enough items to just waveclear safely).
