Champions who have, more or less, free map dominance are pretty toxic. I am not going to mourn the loss of "well Teemo went and put shrooms down and now we can't do anything, gg in like 40 minutes i guess" The only other option is to turn his shrooms into something more like Caitlyn's traps. Cait's traps have 800 range, 4 minute duration, and a max of 3 at once, are visible, but unkillable. Because of this they are zone control instead of map control. Do the same thing for Shrooms, give him a max of 4, make them visible and unkillable, make em 400 range.(so he can place them if he has a bit of space but not use them in combat except against divers) | ||

He either bullies enough early to not get constantly all-inned around levels 5-11, or he gets constantly killed during those levels by a competent bruiser. If he doesn't he just turns toplane into a toxic minefield and spiltpushes all day. | ||

Outside of the map control he gets with shrooms, Teemo is a worthless champion. With new defensive masteries, dshield+the fotm top laners, Teemo doesn't bully melees nearly as hard as he used to. In mid, he either gets bursted by every popular mid laner or forces a farmfest against mids that have more utility than he does outside of shrooms. Even then, his shrooms are useless unless the team with Teemo has enough map control to let him shroom up a significant degree. Right now, none of the stealth champions or champions with stealth mechanics are even close to being OP despite removal of oracles. Besides, it's not like counterplay doesn't exist. If you know Teemo has baron/drag warded, buy the oracles upgrade, use it to get the oracle buff/disable possible traps ahead of you, then walk into the area. Sweeper lens is ranged, not melee. The oracle buff lasts quite a long time (10 seconds). On top of that, most competitive teams have at least 2 oracle lens anyways. | ||

So far at my goal of going 0-10, I am 2-0... First game: ad Teemo top and ignored my team all game and kinda fed jax. they ended up being able to go 4v5 easily. Second game: I was 0-0-0 playing passively and not really harassing as lux against kayle. Team is up like 15-2... And i was mid Diamond 4 at the end of the season. | ||

+ Show Spoiler + I hated Overpow's Mordekaiser. Absolutely hated it. Yet they still won the game against SHC. Overpow went Gunblade first on Mordekaiser, he also maxed W first... against Morgana. I guess with SHC's poor choice of mid laner made his itemization/skilling choices irrelevant for the laning phase. But what made me really cringe was his insistence on W'ing himself instead of Renekton during teamfights. His W did absolutely 0 damage. | ||
