I think it's all just relative to skill level. If you're a diamond player, I don't think bronze/silver/gold will make THAT much of a difference. IF you're a plat player you're more likely to point out that gold was the worst, a diamond player might say plat is the worst, where gold might say silver is the worst. I think everyone hates the division they had to slug it out in before they climbed up above it. Either that or they hate being stuck in the division they're in so they say it's the worst. Sums up like 99% of people.

People seem to focus on mechanics and learning to snowball a lane and stuff like that when they say "I played good but my team was too terrible" but telling someone "you could always have played better" isn't limited to these.

No you're right the first thing I though was "damnit I should have checked his items first"

My point was more that you can't stop someone else from making some decisions. The decision to go sheen instead of vamp or phage would have cost us the lane regardless. Cait and Annie were smart and were pushing the wave very hard so that EZ and I could not keep a creep advantage from building and the sheen solidified that aspect of the lane.

That being said that was actually a game we turned around. EZ eventually got his tf and LW and the enemy team thought that my engage onto their jungler was actually their junglers engage into me. So they dumped their cc on me, a thresh who had already used his skills, before Katerina took the express in. after which she and ezreal and Elise and shyvanna had a really easy time cleaning up the fight and we picked up a bunch of towers.

I have friends who can't tell the difference between a Porsche and a Ferrari. That doesn't mean they're the same, it just means that my friends don't care about those cars.

As someone who went from low silver to high gold (now back in ~silver thanks to shitty internet) I can definitely tell a difference between those two. There's always some variation, but on average the games are clearly different.

random question - any nightblue3 stream watchers (or anyone) do you happen to know of a video where he does a kha6 guide? or maybe not even guide, but explains ins and outs (like best ways to gank, when to use abilities / optimized jungle path). Runes masteries are easy enough to come by, but he's got like a billion hours of vods on twitch and my google-fu has failed me.

every game I play has a dc on my team so I'm losing a lot of rating

Alex Ich's interview saying "I guess Zed still is useful" coupled with diamondprox Eve play showcases that Riots balancing ideas aren't that terrible.
I am now a fan of shaving a little off champions problem areas and giving it back somewhere else. Better than then across the board nerfs and gutting key items in one patch.

Donno how the situation in France is but I had the same problem. Bugged them several times over it. Told em there was a problem even if not at this very moment and if needed mentioned there are other options available for you then them.

What do you guys think of Jax atm? I remember being able to actually carry games from top with him and have been playing him recently with alot of success. He doesnt seem to have many rough match ups and can be a game changer all game.Is he a safe first pick? Id assume he does well vs Shyv and Mundo and can farm and outscale them

Does he really do well against them?

How does he stop from being shoved right into tower? How does he deal with a good portion of their damage being magic?

I've never played the matchup, and I'm godawful at Jax but I'd assume it is kind of rough for Jax.

When I heard about Hexakill I instantly thought about how much an additional player would improve Dominion. My biggest problem with Dominion is how utterly boring and one dimensional the bot lane is. An extra person would change the meta. You would probably end up with a 4-0-2 or 4-1-1 which would be way more interesting for bot lane.

In OCE Dom queues are disabled and I'm finding I miss it more than I though I would. Wish Rito would do something to revitalize it.
