Fur Elise, common items would include sorcs/guise/golem as core, tabi is good situationally. Elise is amazing in that her item paths are extremely flexible. For carrying I really like Rylai as my next item, Abyssal is great vs magic damage, Frozen heart is amazing vs heavy autoattacker teams, Liandries is great when there are tanks with high HP, there's voidstaff if you want mad deeps, same with deathcap, zhonyas is also good when needed... @Diamond: If you want a tank jungler that can actually hard carry, try out Shyvana. Farms fast, ganks okay, dives amazingly well, and she's a god with redbuff. Wukong is another one that's naturally extremely tanky even with just a bit of HP and duels/ganks really well, and is probably the scariest lategame bruiser imo. To add onto that, even though I just recommended two champs, I feel like at lower ratings (read: anywhere below diamond 3-ish) champion picks are almost never big factors in deciding games, but rather gameplay. Just learning how to figure out where you should be on the map as a jungler will get you to high elo if you have execution to go along with that. | ||

Yea I have actually played Shyv since S2 and even before the S4 changes. I can play amazing on her but all of a sudden it's not enough. I will have one of the highest cs counts in the game, a great KDA, I secure objectives, ward properly, etc. I know being in Gold V I still suck ass at Shyv compared to better players, but I don't feel it's an issue where I am at. I can even outfarm lanes on jungler like Maokai normally, but it seems like the itemization is the hold up. I can be tank and hold the line forever but the team lacks the follow up damage. Maybe it's something with gameflow or w/e, but almost every time I run into this massive road block in my play, I end up finding out I am doing something champ/build wrong. I don't know maybe I'm just that bad and everyone around me got better the past cpl months. Going to have to do more tonight, tried some damage Elise games and had one really good one where i got so ahead and got such a fast DFG/Spec Wraith I could one shot the enemy top lane Mundo. Was sort of a nice change of pace. | ||

Every time I get a Nasus on my team he builds TF and dies immediately in every midgame fight and we lose. He's a champ I ban so my team won't pick him. | ||

I meant twice  and that pun was completely intended btw c: for gold V.. hell until like, diamond 5, minimum, i would not recommend playing a tank jungler like maokai because you can't carry your team. Or rather, don't play Maokai and build him full tank. You can play him like a poor mans elise and just get shit like sorcs and abyssal and fheart or something like that, never played Maokai much but I know his base damage is actually really nice. IMO Hecarim is bar-none THE best carry jungler in all of Soloq. Whore your buffs like a motherfucker and grab a SotEL, get shit like Gauntlet, work towards a randuins/visage/LW(yes seriously this shit is amazing on pony)/other defensive items (hello GA/thornmail). In no time you'll be running around the map yelling "Pony Gank?" and getting freelo! | ||

Also AFAIK the Riven "nerfs" made her early a bit stronger but weakened her late significantly weaker. | ||
