What it means it that you won't have to wait so much to be able to hit her without wasting your mana/cooldowns/whatever. As Pantheon, the most annoying things about Riven are her annoying strong level 1 (and ability to easily hit 2 first while hitting you with the AoE for an all-in to the face), and how long the damn shield lasts because you want to Q her, but you have to keep walking to stay in range for something like 3 seconds till it wears off and you can expend some of your precious mana. When chasing her, you don't have much time either because of how damn mobile she is, so either you waste damage by hitting the shield, or you run the risk of her escaping it every time she shields you wait for it to wear off while pursuing. And during skirmishes or especially clean-up phases, it's absurdly powerful because its downtime is low while she has incredible damage output (and sustain if she gets some lifesteal, thanks to the goddamn passive) so she's very hard to kill for champions with low damage output, or relying on dps (as opposed to burst used between shields). It's not that rare that her shield isn't broken before expiration in these situations, kinda like how Lux is so hard to finish off ('cept even Lux has real regular abilities' cooldowns compared to Riven). Lowering the duration of the shield doesn't make her weaker in most situations, notably burst trades, early phases of teamfights, etc. where the shield would have been destroyed immediatly either way, but it makes her less obnoxious in those "highlight reels" videos where it's really just someone mashing Riven's shit on cd and when in range of somebody, which makes her look impressive at low health when she's actually just broken and faceroll as hell. | ||

I don't even know, I was at bot so I wasn't paying attention but when I looked at top somehow malphite was 1v2 killing nasus and vi over and over. | ||

This is just my opinion but he seems to be too busy trying to make the hype-y plays in solo Q and not playing a smart, efficient lane. I'm not saying its his fault (cause I agree with the sentiment of Voy being weak in mid ATM) but I feel its a combination of yolo Q mentality and his overall lack of experience in mid. | ||

Panth vs Riven is just bad. Panth relies on winning before he runs out of mana, and against a resourceless champ with a shield like Riven, he's pretty much screwed. | ||

Not saying Voy's a great mid, just saying it doesn't surprise me THAT much for Scarra to pull off an outplay in a 1v1 scenario. Gragas is beast in 1v1 melee range anyway, and the turret minion did a lot of work. | ||
