I'm looking at the Offensive tree and I honestly cannot see why an ADC would go more than 12 points into it (5 points for Feast + Fury, 3 points for Brute Force, 4 points for 3 Executioner + Martial Mastery). The armor/magic pen was combined into one mastery, but it's so high up there that it just doesn't seem worth it, assuming the items we have now that give ArPen/MagPen (ie., Last Whisper and Void Staff) still exist in s4. I mean, it's still quite possible ADCs will go 21/9/0, but the benefit seems to drop off significantly compared to the other trees having some of it's major masteries drop down a few tiers. Though looking at these masteries, Riven going 21/9/0 (or balls to the wall 30/0/0) looks deadly. CDR + %dmg increase whenever you use her skills and AA with the Weaving masteries sounds insane on her. Defense seems mostly unchanged, with Tenacity now being moved to the 6th tier but is one flat 15% tenacity bonus. Utility had some minor changed and "quality of life" updates, but that's about it. | ||
