Getting, and holding, that kind of lead would require meaningful jungler influence though. | ||

I played that MU once not expecting Vayne top so i didn't run MS quints and it was awful (same like you came out even cause she wasn't good). I think it shouldn't be unbearable with MS quints, you can get off 2 Qs to 1 E of hers (Tumble is a really minor problem) so you can hurt her. As long as your jungler doesn't ignore you and let her farm way too comfortably it should be fine depending on team comp etc. | ||
