Really I don't think jayce is that bad but just because yolo queue is so un-coordinated and "laning" lasts so long I normally still have muramana stacked in time for any kind of grouping. | ||

I never really got clamped in S1, that I can remember anyway. It likely has to do with the whole internal MMR thing and how it's harder to go over that hump in Plat/Diamond. | ||

If you failed twice and going straight into promo again that just means your mmr is above Gold 1 and you just need to pass the silly promo check to visually display that. So one shouldn't say "even after" it's more like "because of" | ||

If you've already gotten to promos before, the system clearly thinks you are ready for promotion (it put you up for promotion the first two times, after all) so you'd expect no clamping at all, unless you went on a massive losing streak or something. | ||
