Like the old run in and smack someone under turret then leap strike out wasn't really mana efficient, but buffing the damage by that much makes it that much more efficient and effective.
v Yeah Nami OP 33%?

Its a real oain in the ass, and whrre Ashe is usually fine against Caitlyn trades, the threat potential of Zyra and her own range makes even that matchup hard. That combo and the general frequency I'm up against Cait is the reason I finally started practicing Draven.

100% to 200% of base auto. You W, auto-reset and get the extra damage in.
33% isn't right, sorry my thought process is off. But the extra auto's worth of damage in trades is really nice.

honestly the way Korean teams looked at worlds (good but not god mode) I feel like the playing field could be pretty even if the ability to practice with Asian teams at lan speed was available to top NA/EU teams, unfortunately it is not. Why the fuck does it matter if you play on LAN ping? Just play on foreign servers and scrim. If you are good enough to have a chance, you won't get stomped hard enough that you don't learn a lot, which means it will be worthwhile. If you're getting stomped so hard that you don't learn anything, then you're not close enough in skill for you to have a chance anyway. It's what the Koreans teams did when there were like only 3 relevant Korean teams--they scrimmed on NA, lost every game, but improved. The problem with that tho is are you going to get relevant teams to want to scrim? Most top Korea teams have sister teams to scrim with and i doubt there eager to practice with foreign teams. I don't think NA would be able to make it work with Korean teams. The ones they want to scrim with would probably find nothing out of doing so unless it's times of convenience, like worlds. TSM had a great opportunity to scrim with EU teams when they lived in NY, because the East Coast => EUW ping isn't too much higher than East Coast => West Coast. Of course, now that NA teams have to orbit around the LCS studio, that nearly doubles. Until NA gets at least a bit better, I don't see them being able to scrim with anything below 2nd teir Asian teams, of course then you have to deal with account status issues.

Hmm maybe that means he is consistent then just in a bad way? Dyrus' issue is ALWAYS motivation. When Dyrus first joined TSM, he knew he was behind the ball compared to competitive teams, so he busted his ass and became godlike as far as toplane in NA goes. Then people realised it. With Regi TSM, Dyrus had to be PERFECT. If TSM was going to win, Dyrus had to do well because Regi wasn't able to be as impactful as he used to be. They knew it, the other teams knew it, hell we knew it.
Now, if you're playing TSM, what are you going to do as an NA team? Are you going to camp Dyrus? Have fun watching Burger King make your mid jealous of his supports income while Turtle Hamster at least go even. What's OddOne going to do? Probably camp top too and countergank you all lane.
Dyrus won't have to feel like he has to be perfect and won't be restricted on his champ selection because bJergersen might aswell be a swiss(it's what it's called, I know he's a Dane.) army knife in mid.
The only team I see TSM having issues with is C9 and that's only if they don't fix their pick/ban phase.

Honestly, the best thing that can be done now is to dump the bottom half of the LCS or relegate them to the challenger/ semi-pro circuit, then ban any trades between the two tiers.
Random idea:
Everyone plays together, but wins are weighted: LCS > LCS: 0.75 pt Challenger > LCS 1 pt LCS > Challenger 0.5 pt
Or something like that.
At the end of the season, do a round robin between the LCS and top challengers where the teams with the best records stay/are promoted. The top LCS team only drops if they lose every game, the next gets a 1 game handicap, and the last two go based on record. In case of tiebreaks, Bo3 action.
So let's say there are 4 LCS teams and 16 challengers. The top 4 challengers get to try for a LCS spot. SMT has the best regular season record, so they are exempt from this-- they play, but they can't be dropped unless they go 0-7. The next team, C8, goes in and has a record of 4-3, and other teams have 5-2, 4-3 and two teams go 6-1. C8 is okay because their second place win grants them a "free win" which bumps them to 5 wins. then they play a Bo3 with the 5-2 team for the last spot.

What? Bjersen is just as jungler dependent as Reginald. Except he can carry after he gets a lead.

Being paired with (not against) abrasive quad queue players is not very fun. Here's to hoping the tribunal actually works.

I crush normals with her!
That being said, she feels kinda meh. It's nice to be able to use your spell shield at 0 mana cost, but she feels kinda bleh aside from that. Attack speed without ricochet up is god awful (and her ult so you get the passive bonus). Her ult doesn't really do anything other than give movespeed.
So she's kinda bleh in 1v1s/2v2s imo.
