I think I remember somebody on Reddit saying the Bjergsen wanted to transfer to NA. Though I can't cite the person let alone speak to it's credibility(reddit ftw.)
On one hand, it'd make TSM disgustingly good in NA. On the other, it'd crush any reason I have to care about EU and I'll have to spend all of S4 trying to figure that out.

I think late game that helps, but mid game and early game that a nerf. Call me crazy, but her range too low to be a late game champ without an escape. If by nerf most of her abilities you mean buff most of her abilities, then yes. I'm a little confused by the Ahri change. I thought they said that the reduced W and R damage would make it so if she landed a charm she was only doing as much damage as before, but now it looks like if she lands a charm she's doing significantly more damage than she was before. What? Edit: Old max Ahri damage during charm: 1235+2.85 AP New max Ahri damage during charm: 1296+2.91 AP Not as bad as I thought after looking at it, but still a small improvement. I guess the key thing is she'll blow one person up during charm, but then won't be able to blow up a second target with the other two spirit rush charges.
pretty much looks like dead either way, so un-charmed damage is the only (relizable) change as originally stated was the goal.

tormented soil ticking every .5 seconds instead of 1 is really nice. and they made her laning better with better range and auto animation. this could be really exciting.

I have a hard time taking seriously a comment that equates reducing the mana cost on the least mana constraining ability of less than 5% of the champion base with removing mana from the game entirely.

Ashe is the only one on that list that I felt like deserved an ult cost reduction.

Get out of here. And sure mana can be seen as the least inpactful just as support can be the least impactful role, but it's not always true. Restrictions distinguish good players from great players. What's the difference between my cass and professionals? Occasional misclicks but mostly not managing my mana and passive correctly.

It's certainly not the least impactful stat in the game on every single champ. It's quite limiting to some of the older champions.

I see a lot of people saying this, are they referring to organised play? Because I don't think this holds true for solo q at all.

Man, I really wish they'd nerfed Zed's damage and not his feel as a champion. The whole fun of Zed is being able to dance around with shadows and try to outplay people.
Now he's just clunky...
