I don't think bad is the right word, situational might be more appropriate. In some cases it can enable you to pick up 3 kills that another ADC would never have been able to get, in others it does absolutely nothing.

The fact that she has to be the one to get the kill to activate it makes it bad. Compare that to tristana's rocket jump passive that works off assists and kills.

It works on assists, and also tower kills. She doesn't have to kill the tower either.

35% missing health on primary target, 28% missing health on the rest, on top of very respectable flat+ratio damage (almost as much as Graves' ult alone). The biggest downside I see with the ult is how an execution move is harder to coordinate with other AoE than frontloaded burst.

As for minion aggro it's still very clunky, especially when the waves meet, sometimes a minion takes something like 3-4s to decide which enemy minion it will aggro, really fucks up the lane.

That's not how it works

Whenever a champion or tower that Jinx has dealt damage to within the last 3 seconds is killed or destroyed, she gains 175% movement speed that decays over 4 seconds.


Her biggest issue is most likely that the attack speed doesn't transfer to the rocket gun.

the worst is tower aggro on minions, it's so inconsistent. it'll always hit it's preferred group, siege > melee > range, but sometimes it'll target a guy it can 1 shot within that group, sometimes it randomly won't, and it doesn't seem to have anything to do with distance.

Are you talking about LCS specific to just a region or how all the regional leagues contributed to Worlds?

Because the 2nd part doesn't make sense for anyone else either.

Jinx's passive fires off kills and a strict version of assist. Not every assist will proc her passive, but assists in which Jinx has participated within the last 3 seconds will proc her passive.

from the champ spotlight it seems that the attack speed from minigun does transfer to rocket gun; it just decays over time, which is fine. If Jinx had her 100%+ aspd steroid on her rocket gun it'd be a bit op.
