If your intention in the game is to do mass aoe instead of burst 1 person, DFG isn't that great. But blowing up 1 person is always good cause 5v4 is the best. | ||

+ Show Spoiler + A couple items for Lissandra are going to be given. 1 - Zhonya. Obvious. 2 - Void Staff. Obvious. 3 - Abyssal. We want an MR item and it's either going to be Abyssal or Athenes. I'm going to assume Abyssal for this DFG test because if we get Athenes we don't want DFG (over CDR cap with blue) So basically, we have two optional items. Here are the combos I want to look at: Combo 1 - Liandry + Deathcap (593 AP) Combo 2 - Liandry + DFG (435 AP) Combo 3 - DFG + Deathcap (662 AP) The combo we're going to use is W+R+Q+Q (1010+2.6), and I'm going to look at both single target and aoe damage since DFG screws with this. For Liandry I'll assume the target takes about 1 full Liandry damage tick (6%). Combo 1 Single target damage: 6% HP + 2551 AoE damage: 6% HP + 2551 Combo 2 Single target damage: 21% HP + 2569 AoE damage: 6% HP + 2141 Combo 3 Single target damage: 15% HP + 3277.4 AoE damage: 2731 Some takeaways. Combo 2 looks bad. A target has to have 3000 HP for the 6% damage from combo 1's liandry on AoE targets to match the extra damage from combo 3's higher AP. We can assume that the 15 mpen from Liandry is nice, but I'm willing to bet that Lissandra prefers the 10% CDR. Conclusion: Zhonya + Abyssal + Void + DFG + Deathcap looks best. | ||

Liandry's is doing significantly less damage than what it appears though, since you're most likely initiating with E and the damage won't start ticking until the first hit at which point you are already striking a < max hp total. DFG gets around this mostly by hitting for a larger percentage at a higher HP value. Lissandra's E -> W -> R -> Q burst is going to come out so fast you're basically getting only 1 or 2 ticks of Liandry's before their hp is low enough for Liandry's burn to be negligible. The target has to have MUCH more than 3k hp to take more damage from the Liandry's. | ||

First series game, got dumpstered on my best character (like 1-9 as Lee Sin), then won the second with a champ I had never played in ranked before (Jungle VI) and the third as top lane Elise (vs Aatrox, shit on him so hard). I'm riding the high and feeling dangerously confident. tl;dr challenger carry me plz | ||

It's impossible to properly calculate what damage Liandry is going to do, you have to guess. Edit: Also, I calculated that with DFG giving 100 AP, not 120. Woops. | ||
