E reduces its cooldown significantly compared to W but it also increases the manacosts. I also prefer W for the rootduration and dmg increase because the E dmg is rather unreliable and you usually only need one E in use your whole rotation and then you either flash out or you're dead anyway.

I understand Q first, but why not E second? I feel like the cooldown of 24 -> 12 is so much better than adding .1 sec to the root duration. it also does more damage than W, but I know most people use it for mobility, not damage. even still I feel it could be explored. especially if you get cdr in your build, you could zoom around.

maybe athenes, cdr boots, zhonas, dcap, void, GA with e max second. you can use it every 7 seconds.

just a thought.

edit: the mana cost does increase, but if you used your passive well, you could negate that.

Faker's reaction time and hand speed is pretty unreal. Basically have to understand the only way you could escape that situation if you level up off 1 creep, level up your ult, and ult out immediately all in 1 second.

Not any more than Jarvan, Amumu, Nautilus, Lee, etc. getting a few kills through ganks.
She gets harder to kill at later levels if she builds super tanky because her passive's cd decreases so it's 120% or even 130% of her HP in a fight instead of 110%.

The real danger of a fed vi is that she'll kill you before you kill her. Also with any cdr her q is getting down to 5 or 6 second cd and it's just impossible to follow her.

She has to charge it and it makes her a bit slower. If you have a root/stun/etc. she can't start charging her Q until you use it, otherwise it'll be put on a 3s cd so it's around 4s of free damage. If she's in a situation where she has to run from you she's probably low (also you can position in front of her while she's cc'd/waiting for the cd, or just click as close to her as possible, Q's hitbox is fucked and it's rather easy to stop it even when standing behind her).

But if she gets out of reach once it'll be very hard to catch up, yeah.
