Crit Damage does affect Alpha Strike, increasing the 60% additional damage to 96% if you have IE + Lethality. That doesn't sound all that impressive until you realize that with just an IE, an Alpha Strike crit can top 650 damage. Add into consideration his huge Attack Speed steroid and extra AD scaling, and the potential of crit should become immediately apparent. I've been observing a number of you playing Yi on your streams, and almost universally IE first has been the deadliest build. Part of that is selection bias as most of you only rush it when doing well, but compared to other items rushed in such circumstances it far and away has proved the strongest at carrying games. | ||

+ Show Spoiler + Scarlett and Grubby have made it pretty far in WCS (albeit AM and EU WCS, which isn't as strong as the OSL), makes me wonder if C9 can put a threat to Korea at all. I haven't watched League much lately so can someone who's watched both LCS and OGN tell me if C9 has a chance vs the top Korean teams? I mean I know C9 is all the rage right now, but the OGN finals a month back just blew me away with how far ahead the Koreans are in skill level. | ||
