Regarding Veigar having trouble reaching his targets (and gibbing them, much like any assassin, I mean Talon's 10s cd gap closer at level 18 suffers a bunch too, esp. as he can't faceroll as fast as Kha or Zed w/o getting cc'd), do you think he could have an easier time if picked against a team which favours diving, so that he can counter-initiate with his W (a bit like Sona does, rather than Flash-ult like we all did a few months back), and have his priority targets actually want to come to him? It wouldn't make killing them any easier, and it'd mean you'd have to pick him pretty late to recognise those situations, but it would alleviate his issues with reaching targets w/o over-exposing himself or blowing Flash. (And as I wrote, "easier time" rather than "suddenly become good". Just trying to identify a niche where he'd have more success past his relative power peak.) I have ArPen quints from when ArPen/armor/mr/ArPen was standard on ADC. They're nice on people like Fiora that have their massive AD passives too. The 7.75 from quints and 5 from masteries puts you at 13.7, enough to do true damage against all nonbuff monsters outside of Big Wraith, who ends up with like...1. Also effectively strips off peoples seals.
Also, ArPen scales much better with AD casters, because of high phys base damages.

I didn't want to give in to the Draven is very strong hype ever, but after playing Ezreal vs Draven and having his 1 auto hit harder than 3 of my Qs I realized he's jesus come again. I can't even imagine how much stronger he was vs Ezreal before the change.
I kinda like the Riven art. It doesn't match her in game though.

I usually run out the lane by going cloth; 1 pink; 0/21/9; then all in at level 3. Even if he cleanses that; the passive procs out damage his Q's.

No I mean he just blocks your jump and there is no way you can get to him.

I dunno; I just Hook onto the axe landing poing if they go for it; I almost never eat the E.
If you can do the procs correctly; your adc gets 3 procs at level 3 from leonas passive; that in itself out trades draven.

I think it was last year that Samurai Master yi skin was given away for free by Alienware. It's actually pretty nice to look at in-game, so where is that option in the poll? I'm not too certain if red-yi looks as good after this graphical rework.
