It was a super vague copy/paste of his signature, which I think [gg if it wasn't] was said by a Riot-affiliated person.
While I have you here, stream some Rammus with some proper #hype so your boy doesn't get Tier-4'd by some random diamond jungler.

I don't see how you could put either of those items in to LoL without some serious (read non-mid season) changes.
So they'll probly just go Nocturne on him which is kinda sad to me, but mabye ok for the game.
I also don't like how Riot has been gradually been moving away from team buffs J4 flag getting nerfed over and over, incoming proposed bulwark nerfs and now this. I think stuff like auras and buffs add more depth to champion select, but then who knows at the start of s3 they said they don't like skill being involved in picking.
I think it's kinda shitty that the champions aren't really compensated for the massive nerfs. Most champions, even at the height of their OP-ness, had some sort of counter.
Ever since S3 changes I've been turned off playing LoL because of the way Riot is doing their patching. I didn't like most of the remakes since S3, and they're taking away very unique aspects of champions. The game is becoming more and more homogenous as time goes on, or at least it feels that way for me. I guess that can make games more even in blind pick, but I like a system where counterpicks exist.
Riot has the right goal with balancing champions, but the wrong methods. They are taking away too much variety and champion identity.

That tier list you posted is surprisingly accurate imo. I think he overvalues Udyr's early aggression and doesn't emphasise enough just how steeply he falls down, also after the last nerf Hecarim is more or less a joke I think, but other than that it's pretty accurate. I have hard time thinking of a time when I'd want to pick Rammus over Elise/Eve/Nunu/Zac given we picked properly before that.
Also, don't go Spirit of the Spectral Wrath on Nunu. I understand that he wants to give people some room for their own opinions, but no. Also, Lizard on Eve is awesome. He didn't mention that. Also, superboots are pretty terrible. Don't do them.
but yeah, surprisingly good for a no name dia2 guy.

I feel like a huge global mobility team would be godlike, but ive never seen people run it.
Imagine picking up TF/Shen/Panth O.o
Who else has huge global presence? Karthus / soraka? Run TF ADC :-D

I remember seeing TF/Shen/Nocturne in Korea but I don't recall when.

problem with TF+Shen+Panth is that there are only 2 solo lanes :D TF+Shen is not that bad at all, it's kind of a all eggs one basket kind of deal, I wouldn't pick it proactively though, only after enemy has picked an aggresive duo lane. If they laneswap in response, that's fine, more towers down = globals stronger. But it's too fragile against defensive duo lanes imo.
Support Panth is a Malunoo-soloQ-Scip-took-my-jungle-again thing. Don't think it's actually legitimate though.

Well panth / shen are somewhat-viable junglers.
It just you can so quickly throw pressure on a lane (i guess wherever the duo lane is) and turn ganks on their head.
With tf/shen/panth you could literally have a 5 man going on within 5 seconds lol
BRO, I SAW PANTH JUNGLE IN AN LCS GAME. ITS LEGIT D-:

Gold league, sona goes 0 3 0 at 4 40ish and dc's comes back at 20 min surrender time saying "sorry got dced, only lost 2 points thought " how are these people not yet banned?

I have seen a tank fiddlestix jungle in LCS games, more than one. Pantheon has no qualities that would make him a desirable jungler.

Nintendudex doesnt count, he's an idiot :p

The thing is, past 2 globals, it becomes a lot less useful to have more of them, because once you're split-pushing 2 lanes and defending a 3rd, wtf are the remaining people going to do that needs a global, bumbling around uselessly in the jungle?

Getting banned for getting dc-ed, or not being depressed about losing? Not being good at the game, and getting disconnected aren't punishable as far as I know.

I figured its more of a constant pressure thing, your able to turn shit on its head in an instant sure, but you can also make plays with others and still have a global available to keep people on their toes. You essentially force the other team to play like bitches untill lategame.
Having people able to fly around the map at a moments notice isnt a bad thing, allows you to capitalize on any mistakes. I can see it being really useful myself.
Maybe im wrong, just thinking of the horror of watching a panth circle, shen TP and a little eye of above my head all at the same time

Nasus Tier 3 because comp specific?

Generally not that strong His CC is pretty meh for a bruiser who has no jumps nor gapcloser, his dmg is pretty decent later on thanks to ultimate, he has another narrow niche thanks to his good waveclear, but he just isn't generally good at anything much.

Strong duelist/great early + Lizard is pretty good on him. You are obv the expert jungler here, but I think Panth has some potential.
