You build like Morello's and then normal support items but you are the secret carry because of your crazy base damage. It's pretty funny to look at the graphs post-game and seeing that the support was the #1 damage dealer to champions. | ||

I just thought earlier today about him after playing against Lux because his W having a rather long delay, a narrow radius and telling you exactly where it's gonna appear make it kinda easy to dodge, in comparison to Lux's or Gragas' AoE, which have larger radius and, moreover, don't tell you where they're headed until they've arrived, making them harder to dodge. | ||

If the delay change goes through, his laning is pretty well-improved. Previously, hitting W was pretty difficult with the base MS buffs, and required positioning it with minion block to reliably hit it. Now, it's easier to get off. .5s may even be too much: .6s would be enough. Also, Veigar W delay goes down from 1.5s to 1.2s. Hrm. As a sekirt Veigar player, that pretty much means stun at level 1 will guarantee a W hit, and early tenacity won't gimp his combo (previously, early tenacity would allow a stunned player to dodge the W from a level 1 E). Pretty good buff. Nevermove on Swain goes to .75s from 1s, and Leona's R goes to .55s from .75s. That helps their usability abit as well. Tear/Muramana stacking decreased to 3 mana/proc (significant nerf to item timings), and Jayce/Elise/Nidalee ulti formshifts no longer count as a spell for Sheen/Tear/etc.. Jeez. Also, Leblanc passive will now attempt to run. lolol | ||

You sometimes get oom, but Brand with Rylai and some CDR is super fun for kiting and cleaning up (provided that the enemy AD died at some point). Veigar, Swain, etc. are "normalised", I guess it means their spell delay was a bit random, kinda like Cho, eg it was between x and y, not changed from y to x. About alternative control stuff, fix Tibbers/Morde ghost/Chaos Storm not responding like half the time when you click it to move pl0x. Oh, and also fix Viktor's ult not following the champion it hits when there's only one (it's the intended behaviour). Oh, and also the cases where it randomly stops moving and lets them run away instead of keeping in the direction you indicated. Shit's so bugged. Oracle's range dropped to 750 from 600 gonna make it harder to react to stealth champs, especially Evelynn I think (ult 650 range, it's lower than the champ natural detection, which was still shorter than 750 iirc?). | ||
