This my friends is what I call 'pantheon syndrome'.

If he is on your team he rushes a philo and is 0/4 with 80 cs at 20 minutes. If he is on the enemy team he has BC/BT at 15 and is one shotting everyone.

Seraph's probably better.

I think someone did the math on Muramana v. Seraphs for Ryze and found that unless you're at 100% mana Seraphs does more damage due to the AP. This is probably even more true for Cassiopeia since she scales so well off of AP.

doubt it. the muramana change to physical dmg destroyed muramana for ap casters imo (players tend to have more armor than mr anyway + no penetration). It's the same for ryze, archangel is better now.

Seraphs was arguably always better than Muramana for Ryze.

Ryze has enough damage and just honestly just needs to stay alive to deal sustained dps making the shield very strong. On top of that the AP from Seraphs gives more damage than Muramana after the first rotation of spells since Muramana damage scales off of current mana. Muramana was more burst, Seraphs was better sustained damage.

I feel like that was intended to be a buff/quality of life improvement to prevent people from blowing their taunt on creeps when ganking. Although I suppose it might slow down your jungling a tiny tiny bit since you cant give monsters that -armor from taunt anymore...

Diana got nerfed. 100%. If Diana pops all 3 orbs and instantly refreshes her shield, her new shield gives only 45 more shield hp. If Diana loses the shield before popping the orbs she loses out on 110 shield hp. She also loses a significant chunk of damage. 40 damage on passive and 30 damage on her W. It's just a big nerf all around. I don't like it, but it was not unwarranted.

If you used to max Q on Nami, would you max E now? The guaranteed ms boost should make E worthwhile. I never noticed how bad W scaling was with mana, not maxing that anymore.

She should proc her shield immediatly when she engages, and when fighting melee champs. She also has 0.15 AP more shield now, so during teamfights (unless her ult is somehow down) and while laning against melees it's a buff. If she manages to run by minions or monsters while fleeing you can consider it a buff too I guess.
Basically it's a laning phase nerf.

Zac not nerfed enough, calling it.

triple bounce W has 2.57x dmg/heal. the double heal mode is significantly more powerful in trades though, so that should always be the preferred bounce pattern

If you max q and they have a graves/vayne/ez/cait how do you land a q without ultimate?Unless the enemy ad walks into it you can't do it.I've played her a few times and in teamfights/skirmishes she is amazing but her laning is really bad.

Don't like Elise/Diana nerfs too much but I play both champs so bias is obviously there. We'll see how it turns out statistically, I just hope they haven't gone overboard.

Still waiting for more Thresh nerfs and more Quinn buffs.

Well, if they're in a fight, they have to move out of the way and waste time, lowering their dps. I think TL has been pretty clear on how pretty much all of Nami's moves are counter-initiation. Initiating a fight with Q will always be hard, but hitting a Q when stuff's already happening is way easier.

That's my whole point.Why max q when it is unreliable?Don't you max what is strongest in lane on every champ ever?Maxing q pretty much makes her useless if you don't have ult or varus unless they are bad really.

That's one of the main reasons she isn't played much.You can't solo win lane by poking or just killing.
