Seraphs for Ryze and found that unless you're at 100% mana Seraphs does more damage due to the AP. This is probably even more true for Cassiopeia since she scales so well off of AP. | ||

It's the same for ryze, archangel is better now. Seraphs was arguably always better than Muramana for Ryze. Ryze has enough damage and just honestly just needs to stay alive to deal sustained dps making the shield very strong. On top of that the AP from Seraphs gives more damage than Muramana after the first rotation of spells since Muramana damage scales off of current mana. Muramana was more burst, Seraphs was better sustained damage. | ||

Although I suppose it might slow down your jungling a tiny tiny bit since you cant give monsters that -armor from taunt anymore... Diana got nerfed. 100%. If Diana pops all 3 orbs and instantly refreshes her shield, her new shield gives only 45 more shield hp. If Diana loses the shield before popping the orbs she loses out on 110 shield hp. She also loses a significant chunk of damage. 40 damage on passive and 30 damage on her W. It's just a big nerf all around. I don't like it, but it was not unwarranted. | ||

Basically it's a laning phase nerf. Zac not nerfed enough, calling it.
