Also where is negatron buffed? And -5% CDR on Glacial is huge, most of the common high-end items only give 10% CDR (BC, Locket, shurelya, etc.) so having a way to reliably get 15 was really good. ;_; And fuck, I can still get 40% cdr with DFG+grail+9-0-21, but for everyone that doesn't build grail or sits on chalice for long it's a nerf. Btw, screw athenes' on Syndra, the new tear's simply too good on her. Doesn't even need blue for mana once you have it and charged like 50-100 mana on it. ^ Come on, we're talking about Anivia. She was already fucking bullshit-OP-what don't they change her already before that. | ||
