That being said, if I'm first pick I'm going to take what I'm most comfortable with. I used to try to be a good guy and let last pick take it, but after countless games of them feeding with it and knowing I could've done better, I've learned to trust my instincts. Luckily I hardly get the "I call top so I'm going there" last pick guys anymore, but when I do I just tell them that's fine if they feel the need to troll, but I'm going to play my game. Half the time they end up just picking what we need or we win with some unorthodox comp.

Nunu maxes iceball and I max ricochet and she isnt getting anywhere near creeps ever. Well yes, but that is because both Vayne and Janna have no real lane presence aside from auto attacks, which nunu is good against. Toss in anything with harass or burst and nunu lanes suck

I sometimes buy Homeguard (too rarely prob), and I try to get Distortion as early as I reasonably can when I'm running Teleport, but when playing AD Carry I just tend to overlook Furor, and how much impact it can have on kiting. I only really get furor on like sivir or Vayne, but more often than not i get homeguard its too op. It allows downtime during shopping and objective control to decrease too much to overlook.

If it makes you uncomfortable than just put 1 point in Q lol. But knowing her range well and her power curve easily makes up for not having Q.

I like homeguard better when running teleport, makes for silly ganks where you can just straight up teleport into lane in plain sight and still kill them. I don't value furor very highly, is it actually good? On Ryze I either get homeguard or alacrity.

I almost always get q early on Ashe for that dirty harass. The slow usually let's you get two autos in instead of just one. Add a volley in and boom they're at a a third health. Even with hawk first Ashe. She's a surprisingly strong bully early game.
