Makes me really want to play him some more, I bought the original bundle but never really liked the Full Metal skin, http://www.surrenderat20.net/2013/02/24-pbe-update-2.html Lots of items getting cheaper. Ohmwrecker seems to be an item they want you to build on AP supports to help dives, while tanky supports will just build health and tank the turret. Interesting change? Still don't think I'll build it outside of extreme circumstances. EDIT: Spirit of the Spectral Wraith: Now reduces the cooldown of smite by 20% Uh, wow. | ||

Oh man, every time someone mentions Ashe I just remember that IPL5 game where Cop went 10/12 on his ECAs. I need to rewatch that VOD. More mana/health regen than Shurelya's Reverie, might build Philo on supports again (although Ohm still expensive). It needed a substantial rework for sure | ||

I don't like the Blasting Wand though... I wish it were a built out of a Fiendish Codex instead - Less AP and with CDR, also easier for a support to build it up piecemeal. Both Ohmwrecker and Shurelia's fill the "We want to fight here" for different types of fights. I'm glad they build out of the same item. | ||

Yeah, I'm not a fan of the Blasting Wand either. Still interesting though. The original nerf to Shurelias at the beginning of Season 3 was kind of confusing, it was almost always worth building, but it wasn't out of control OP or anything. | ||

Rumble and Elise are both really good and often picked/banned as it is and Akali is better mid. Maybe we'll see some more Kennen and Swain, but Vlad was good as it is. It'll just make it better  | ||
