Xin I think needs to be hit a little, a lot of the pros seem to be gravitating towards him and I think TheOddOne is refering to him as win zhao again/free elo again.
J4 I haven't seen as much out of. He's seeing some play but I don't think he's over the top. He's just seen a huge spike in popularity because that skin is God-like.
Vi I think just needs her %max health damage to be looked at. It already reduces armor and gives her attack speed, 10%+ max health is just too high of a number.

The jungle rework was a bad idea from the beginning. The solution should never have been to make jungling harder and make jungle items, it should have been to make it realistic for a jungler to have #1 farm priority(or maybe #2), move the camps a bit further from lane, and de-emphasized buff camps somehow. What I more meant was I think that people building the AP spirit stone item in lane is already starting to become a thing now, while people are still experimenting with the AD one. Jungler items from a design perspective are weird. If it's just an item that helps you clear, then junglers complain that it doesn't help them into the mid/late game and is a wasted slot outside of Baron attempts. So you add good stats onto it, and maybe cool passives, but now laners say "hey, that's cool, maybe I should buy that". If you make it too gold-intensive on the clearing stats, then junglers get screwed statwise because of their lower income, but if it's not gold-intensive enough on those stats, laners buy it anyway. SotAG really only works because it's good stats, but it's good stats that laners can get better elsewhere. If it had, like, a 5% Damage Reduction passive to make it "cool" like SotEL or SotSW, then tanks would probably buy it because hey, DR and it helps me get more jungle farm or dragon. In the end, you can make it work, it's just a bit of a balancing act.On February 14 2013 01:41 JALbert wrote: Tiger Udyr and Warwick candidates for BotRK. BotRK WW is kind of silly/cool to me. You don't really need the lifesteal on top of your passive, Q, ult, and resists that you'll be building. You don't really need AD all that much either. But the passive and active are so good for him that I could see myself buying it if I played him more. I don't think you can, unless they get some kind of jungle-farm only passive buff that also does not apply to laners (aka impossible). Unless they tied it to the smite mastery point. There no longer exists a Smite mastery point, it's rolled in with all the other summoners on Defense tree (Heal, Barrier, and Cleanse).
I was referring to rolling it into the Smite bonus.

I was thinking about a program where you could outfit a champion with different items and see the stats change, but I think there are already programs/websites out there already. maybe a program where you can outfit all the heroes with items/runes/masteries and then you should be able to select other heroes and see how much damage abilities do and stuff The champions you "select" against, would you outfit them with items too? Or would they be naked? Say for example you want to know how you WW does against a Rumble top. Your WW has so many items. You want to know how much damage each ability AND his autos do vs. a naked Rumble or would you customize Rumble with items too? It could even be a system that has a A champion with B items fights a Z champion with X items - assuming both combo to perfection, which champ wins? Ooooooo, I like that. My life has purpose! It might take a long friggin' time and maybe never come to fruition, but I will work on it! it's not so much that but for theorycrafting
for example, last week i wanted to figure out how much better shen would be with negatron against elise's neurotoxin. so i had to get all the properties of each spell, character, level growth, runes, masteries painstakingly off of league wiki, and then create an excel spreadsheet in order to properly map the abilties. and that's only for one spell, neurotoxin.
it's not about which one would win but just having the ability to test these things in a program would be useful.
as for your game it might work. don't be discouraged. i was playing dota 3.76 by myself yesterday for the nostalgia and i was amazed at how far we came from that to what we have now. you couldn't even sell items.

How could you not sell items? Selling items was a basic function of the WC3 inventory.
If you couldn't sell items in DotA 3.76, then that means whoever made the map deliberately made it impossible to do so.

I'LL SPOILER WHAT I WANT. =D
Yeah... mostly damage, some CDR. Seems like the biggest is on XZ ult, but I don't think it'll change much. =D

Ok! I will try and muster up something. It will be a while as I don't have reliable electricity but hopefully come May I will have enough saved for a solar panel to charge my computer.
I won't give up on my game idea completely but it does have a lot of flaws. For now I will focus on a small program that can do the things we talked about.

I like how her lore is tied to Talon, and her outfit kind of looks like his. Maybe there's something there?
Picking up a new AD on my part, realsies.

What an ugly champion... Oh well, her lore is kinda cool, and she sounds fun to play so I'll still get her!

Vi W nerf settles out and R is minor as far as I'm concerned. No direct Jarvan nerfs...crisis averted!

i'm still poking around in it though. really wish i could go back in time 10 years and play it 5v5 like i used to, with other crappy people. actually i don't even know if we used to wait for 5v5. maybe we played 3v3 games if we couldn't fill it up.

If your Theory isn't already canon it should be.

Uhm....literary device of unreliable narrorator? Maybe he got caught as a kid by Noxian pit lords and Quinn's doodle of him at an older age is her minds way of reconciling being removed from her human family(as I think she sees Val as family.)
